ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

However if you would like to cancel your order it is advisable you do it before I have processed your order. 

Once we have processed and shipped your order a refund is no longer possible.

It is not our responsibility if the package gets damaged during transit as we are not personally delivering the order.

if the package gets lost in transit we are more than happy to help although we don’t have the responsibility too. We will contact the shipping company directly to find your package.
